Tabitha Sinclair has called Wickenburg home since 1993. Before becoming owner in 2025, she served as General Manager under the previous ownership, learning every corner of the kitchen and every name of the regulars who walked through the door. Her roots in this community run deep, and her investment in this restaurant is personal. When you visit Hassayampa Smokehouse Barbecue, you're eating at a table she set with intention.
